Stop wondering why you’re always exhausted

Nutritional support for chronic fatigue recovery — when you’ve tried everything and still feel exhausted

Nutritional therapy for persistent fatigue.

If you’re constantly tired despite getting enough sleep or you’ve been told your blood tests are “normal”, there may be more to the story.

As a naturopathic nutritional therapist, I help people investigate possible nutritional and lifestyle factors that may contribute to persistent fatigue, so they can better understand what’s happening in their body and take the next steps with confidence.

Hi, I’m Lina

A registered naturopathic nutritional therapist and the founder of Diet in Balance.

After experiencing chronic fatigue myself, I became determined to understand why so many people continue to struggle with exhaustion despite being told that everything is “normal.” That journey led me to study nutritional therapy and develop a whole-person approach that considers nutrition, lifestyle, health history and the unique factors that may be affecting someone’s wellbeing.

Today, I work with people experiencing persistent fatigue and other complex health concerns, helping them explore possible nutritional and lifestyle contributors and create personalised plans that support their health goals.

My recommendations are guided by current scientific evidence and tailored to each individual—because no two people, and no two health journeys, are the same.
