About
Lina Vaitkiene, DipNT, mANP, mGNC
Lina Vaitkiene is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and the founder of Diet in Balance. She takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to health, combining the latest nutritional science with an in-depth understanding of the body’s natural healing processes.
Her work focuses on addressing the root causes of health concerns—rather than simply managing symptoms—through personalised nutrition, high-quality supplementation, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Lina believes that true wellbeing is achieved by supporting the body, mind, and environment together.
Her interest in natural health began as a personal journey and evolved into a professional calling. She trained in naturopathic nutrition and continues to expand her knowledge through regular professional development and the latest scientific research in areas such as gut health, hormones, metabolic balance, and emotional wellbeing.
Lina’s clients value her warm, attentive, and thorough approach. She listens closely to each individual’s story, digging deeper into symptoms and patterns to develop tailored support plans that align with their health goals. Whether someone is struggling with low energy, hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, digestive issues, or simply wants to feel more in control of their health, Lina offers guidance that is practical, compassionate, and rooted in clinical insight.
