FAQs

What happens in the first consultation?

During your first consultation, we take time to understand the full picture of your health. This includes your symptoms, medical history, diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels, current supplements, and your main health goals. From there, we start identifying possible patterns and next steps.

How long does it take to see results?

This depends on your individual situation. Some people notice changes within a few weeks, especially with energy, digestion, or sleep. More complex or long-standing issues typically take longer and require a structured, step-by-step approach.

Do I need tests before starting?

No, testing is not required before your first consultation. If you already have recent results (ideally within the last 6 months), you can send them in advance. If appropriate, I may suggest functional testing after the initial consultation to gain a deeper understanding.

Do you offer one-off consultations or only packages?

I offer both one-off consultations and structured packages. The best option depends on your goals and the level of support you need.

What if I’m not sure which option to choose?

You can either start with a one-off consultation or a discovery call if you’d like to talk things through first. This helps us decide what level of support would be most suitable for you.

Can you help with fatigue, digestion, or hormonal issues?

Yes. I commonly support clients with fatigue, digestive concerns, hormonal imbalance, and related symptoms. The approach is always personalised based on your full health picture.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Choosing a practitioner is a personal decision. If you’re unsure whether nutritional therapy is right for you, book a free discovery call and we’ll have an informal conversation about your health goals.
